Reasons for a Flower
Grades: This is a classic 2nd grade program but can be adapted for 1st-3rd
Duration: 1 class period
Why do flowers exist? Through hands-on flower dissection and observation, students discover the purpose of flowers, identify the basic parts of a flower, and explore how pollination leads to seed production and the next generation of plants.
