Instructor Darrell Yazzie Jr. is a Diné biologist and farmer from the Navajo Nation whose work bridges plant science, Indigenous agriculture, and community-based land stewardship. With nearly a decade of experience in seed revitalization and rangeland restoration, he is dedicated to strengthening food sovereignty and ecological resilience. As part of this work, his Blue Corn Parfait Workshop offers the tools and training to craft a dish steeped in culture that is both refreshing and sustaining.
