Payment:
There is a $100 fee per 2 hr. field trip. Your contribution helps to cover our costs and provide for our continued financial health. However, please do not let lack of finances stop you from visiting. If you need a fee reduction or waiver, please let us know when you call to schedule. (Schools outside Coconino County are not eligible for fee reductions or waivers.)

Field Trip Options:
Bring your class for one of our 2-hour field trips:

a. Basic Willow Bend Field Trip (all grades): Students will explore our Discovery Room exhibits and native gardens

b. Water Quality Field Trip (4th-12th grades; mandatory pre-trip classroom program): Students will participate in a learning walk on the FUTS trail and water testing at the Rio de Flag pond

c. Whacky Weather Field Trip (2nd grade) Through a hike and games, students will understand weather using their senses.

d. Natural Senses Field Trip (Kindergarten; 1 hour): Using their senses to explore the Willow Bend gardens, students will connect to the natural world.

2. Download and fill out the following forms. Please return the forms to Willow Bend either by email (sapna@willowbendcenter.org) or by fax (928-779-2588).

3. The Confirmation and Policy Forms need to be filled out and returned to Willow Bend as soon as possible. The Confirmation form helps to avoid any confusion concerning dates, times, etc. The Policy form explains the responsibilities of both Willow Bend and the school. Please read over this document, print your name at the bottom, and return it either by fax or email. When you arrive for your field trip, you will review the form with the lead instructor and sign it.
